The City of Columbia Public Works Department has scheduled an informal open house meeting concerning the installation of access control gate arms in City owned and operated parking structures in downtown Columbia. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 3 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in conference room 1B in City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.
The meeting is part of the City of Columbia's routine public involvement process. The purpose of this meeting is to present design concepts for the installation of access control gate arms in City owned and operated parking structures in downtown Columbia. Construction of this project is currently scheduled to occur in 2018. Information and diagrams showing preliminary design concept will be available for public review and City staff will be present to answer questions. A public comment form will be available and input will be considered as the design is developed.
Any questions regarding this meeting can be directed to Transit and Parking Manager Drew Brooks at 573-874-7251 or [email protected].
