ARREST MADE IN SUSPICIOUS INCIDENT IN THE 200 BLOCK OF APPLE TREE COURT

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

On 6/29/17 at 12:00 p.m., Columbia Police Department Street Crimes Detectives arrested April Rae Brashier, age 42, from Columbia, at the Boone County Jail for Making a Terroristic Threat.  Brashier was arrested for falsely calling in a hostage situation with a gun in the 200 block of Apple Tree Court that occurred on 6/22/17 at 11:52 a.m.  Columbia Police Department Street Crimes Detectives were actively looking for Brashier for several outstanding warrants when she called in the report trying to divert officers from a residence to avoid being arrested on the outstanding warrants.
