HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION AT I-70 DRIVE NW AND GARDEN DRIVE                               

On 3/26/17 at 12:45 p.m., officers were dispatched to a shots fired in the 1500 block of Garden Drive. Officers arrived on scene and found a white sport utility vehicle in the roadway facing westbound on I-70 Drive NW near Garden Drive occupied by three males. All three males located inside the white sport utility vehicle had gunshot wounds. One male was pronounced dead by medical personnel on scene and two were transported by ambulance to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Columbia Police Department Detectives and the Forensic Evidence Unit were called to I-70 Drive NW and Garden Drive to gather information and process the crime scene.  There is no suspect information to release at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
