Update: December 2016 Shooting/Homicide on Claudell Lane

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

                            UPDATE: DECEMBER 2016 SHOOTING/HOMICIDE ON CLAUDELL LANE

On 3/20/17 at 4:50 p.m., Navarro Scott, age 17, was certified as an adult and charged with Murder in the Second Degree and Distribution/Delivery/Manufacture/Produce Controlled Substance and released to the Boone County Jail.  Scott was originally taken into custody when he was 16 years old for the same charges on 12/23/16 in reference to the homicide on Claudell Lane.
