On 3/3/17 at 7:33 p.m., officers were dispatched to a robbery in the 3700 block of Range Line Street.
The investigation revealed the male victim went to meet a male he met on social media, to sell a cellular phone. When the victim handed the cellular phone to the male subject to view, the male took off running with the victim's phone. The victim ran after the suspect to try and get his phone back. As the suspect was running, he fell down and pointed a handgun at the victim.
The victim retreated back to his vehicle and called 9-1-1. The suspect continued to run northeast from the 3700 block of Range Line Street. The suspect was not located and the investigation is ongoing.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Black male, late teens to early twenties, approximately 6'0 tall and weighing approximately 200 to 250 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing all dark clothing.

On 3/3/17 at 10:10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4800 block of Clark Lane for a vehicle theft involving a handgun.
The investigation revealed the male victim was sitting in his vehicle a silver Toyota Talon when a black male opened the victim's driver's side door and forced the victim out of his car. The suspect got into the victim's car and as he was leaving with the vehicle pointed a handgun at the victim. The victim was not injured. The suspect and vehicle have not been located. The investigation is ongoing.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Black male, approximately 5'11" in all dark clothing.
