Sidewalk closure on South Seventh Street planned for Feb. 20-24

Beginning Monday Feb. 20, at 7 a.m., MU Construction Services will be performing potholing operations for utilities along South Seventh Street, weather permitting. This will result in a sidewalk closure on the west side of the street between Locust and Elm near 201 S. Seventh.  The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m., Friday, Feb. 24, weather permitting.

Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the work zone, and nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use an alternate route whenever possible.
