(COLUMBIA, MO) - A full Public Works crew is in place to focus on priority routes at 7 a.m. Priority roads will continue to be treated as needed.
Light glaze has formed on residential roads around 3 a.m. so residents are urged to use caution on untreated surfaces. Sidewalks may be slippery as well.
Roads are being monitored for any additional icing that may occur Sunday morning through midday on Sunday. Precipitation may wash treatments off roads. Forecasts are showing that it is expected to be above freezing in the early afternoon on Sunday.
