Stewart has been identified as a street with traffic operating speeds higher than desirable. This Interested Parties Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 8, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., in "Friends Room" at Daniel Boone Regional Library, located at 100 West Broadway.
The purpose of this meeting is to review potential solutions for the Stewart Road traffic calming project including:
- Define and prioritize problems
- Identify desired outcomes
- Provide an overview of the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program
Information and diagrams showing some preliminary concepts will be available for public review, and City engineering staff will be present to answer questions. A public comment form will be available and comments will be considered as the design is developed.
