The City of Columbia Public Works Department has scheduled an informal open house informational meeting concerning the Waco Road and Route B Intersection Improvements Project. This meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in room 1A on the first floor of City Hall, 701 E. Broadway.
The purpose of this meeting is to present design concepts for the proposed project, which includes construction of a signalized intersection at the existing Waco Road and Route B intersection. (A location map is attached).
Information and diagrams showing our preliminary design concepts will be available for public review, and City engineering staff will be present to answer questions. A public comment form will be available. All input will be considered as the design is developed.
If you have any questions regarding this meeting, contact Nazmul Hussain, P.E., at (573) 874-2489 or [email protected].
