SHOOTING ON PENNANT AT WORLEY
On 7/29/16 at 10:42 p.m., officers were dispatched to a shots fired in the area of Pennant Street and Worley Street. Officers arrived on scene and were contacted by Joint Communications that a male subject arrived by personal vehicle to a local hospital with a gunshot wound.
Officers contacted a male victim, age 22, from Columbia, at the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officers located three vehicles struck by bullets as well as one residence.
Columbia Police Department Detectives and Forensic Evidence Unit were called to the scene to gather information and evidence. There is no suspect information to release at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
