ARREST MADE IN SHOTS FIRED AT 1412 RANGE LINE STREET
On 3/6/16 at 1:37 A.M., officers were near 1412 Range Line Street, Phillips 66, when they heard shots fired.
Officers arrived on scene and located an unoccupied vehicle on the lot that had been struck by gunfire to the driver's side door and tire. The lot was occupied by approximately 100 people but no one was injured. Officers reviewed Phillips 66 video surveillance and it recorded the shots fired. Turbo Midgyett was seen firing four times and leaving the area in a vehicle.
Officer located and arrested Turbo L. Midgyett, age 30, from Columbia, at 4106 Lamp Lane at 5:20 A.M. The handgun was located in a vehicle parking in front of the above address. Midgyett was arrested for Armed Criminal Action with a to be set bond, Property Damage in the Second Degree with a bond of $500.00, Unlawful for Certain Persons to possess Concealed Weapon with a bond of $50,000.00, and Unlawful Use of Weapons Felony with a bond of $50,000.00.
