POLICE ALARM LEADS TO ARRESTS
On 2/7/16 at 12:02 A.M., officers were dispatched to a police alarm at 401 Clinkscales Road, West Middle School.
Officers along with a CPD K9 Unit arrived on scene and located an unlocked door to the school. Officers located and arrested:
Merrick A. Nunnery, age 21, for Burglary in the Second Degree with a bond of $4,500.00, Property Damage in the Second Degree with a bond of $500.00, and Stealing Misdemeanor with a bond of $500.00. Nunnery damaged an exit sign inside the school and stole pencils.
Michael J. Stewart, age 20, for Burglary in the Second degree with a bond of $4,500.00, Property Damage in the Second Degree with a bond of $500.00, and Minor Purchase/Possess Intoxicating Liquor with a bond of $300.0. Stewart damaged a fire alarm inside the school and drank alcohol prior to going to the school.
