Public Works crew focused on priority routes
(COLUMBIA, MO) - Six additional Public Works crew members were called in this morning on top of the 8-person crew already scheduled to work on snow operations today. The larger crew helped combat slightly elevated snowfall that occurred early this morning. First and second priority routes should be in good shape for this afternoon.
Snowy and slick patches still exist around town due to extreme cold and packed snow and ice so customers are urged to use extreme caution when traveling today.
Customers can monitor conditions, receive updates and see more info on Columbia's snow management process at www.ComoSnow.com
