On 9/30/15 at 10:49 A.M., officers were dispatched to 310 East Walnut Street, Columbia Credit Union, in reference to a robbery.
Preliminary investigation revealed a male suspect entered the business and approached a teller. The suspect made it clear to the teller he was there to commit a robbery. The teller provided the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect fled the business on foot in an eastbound direction on Walnut Street. There were at least three other individuals inside the business at the time of the robbery. There were no injuries or property damage as a result of the robbery. The investigation is on-going.
Suspect Description: Black male approximately 5'10" with a slender to medium build and short cut hair.
