A contractor for Columbia Public Works, Luetkemeyer, will begin work, weather permitting, on Monday, June 22, to remove old and install new lane markings for bike lanes and bike symbols.
Work will be performed on the following streets:
Old Highway 63 from Stadium Blvd south for roughly one mile
Brown School Road from Rangeline St to Oakland Road
East Broadway from Old Highway 63 to Brickton Road
Green Meadows Circle - (Shared Lane Markings)
Greenbriar Drive (Shared Lane Markings)
Motorist and non-motorized transportation users should use caution in the work zones, avoid crossing over fresh paint, and use alternate routes when available.
