Family Fun Fests will continue next week with the theme, Explore Outdoors. The free event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on June 17 at Cosmo Park, near Steinberg Playground.
Explore Outdoors
Sponsored by TigerSide Intergenerational Preschool
Kids and their families will have the chance to learn about Missouri fish, birds, parks, camping and more from state and local experts. They will also be able to bounce in inflatables, and check out a fire truck from the City of Columbia and the Daniel Boone Library's Book Mobile.
The Fun Fests feature a new theme each month and offer free entertainment for the entire family such as music, special performances, art activities, bounce-houses, hands-on activities, balloon-animals, face painting and fun for all ages.
The Family Fun Fests are sponsored by the Convention & Visitors Bureau, KPLA 101.5, KOMU TV8, and Rockin' Rents Inflatable Entertainment.
