On 04/27/15 at approximately 4:58 P.M. officers located eighteen year old suspect Sirron H. Milo at a residence in the 300 block of West Sexton Road.
Milo was arrested for the following:
2015-004496 - First degree assault and armed criminal action both with to be set bonds.
2015-004492 - Felony stealing for stealing firearm from the victim $4,500.00 bond.
2015-003938 - Misdemeanor state warrant for assault with $2,500.00 bond.
2015-003754 - Misdemeanor state warrant for assault with a $2,500.00 bond
On 04/26/15 at approximately 1:32 P.M. Sirron Milo stole a handgun from Aric Lee's vehicle. Lee was inside the vehicle when Milo took the handgun and walked away. When Lee attempted to stop Milo, Milo chambered a round into the gun.
Later that day, at approximately 3:53 P.M., Lee saw Milo in the area of Forest Avenue and Grand Avenue. Milo reportedly approached Lee on foot and shot Lee in the stomach. When officers processed the scene, they located cartridge casings in the area where Lee was located.
At the time of Milo's arrest, officers conducted a consent search of the residence. During the search they located the stolen handgun and ammunition consistent with cartridge casings located at the scene of the shooting.
In addition to the arrest for felony stealing of the firearm and first degree assault and armed criminal action related to the shooting, Milo was arrested for two unrelated Misdemeanor assault warrants listed above.
