On 1/28/15 at 4:20 A.M., officers were dispatched to a shots heard call in the 600 block of Washington Avenue.
The investigation revealed a resident (victim) of the home was speaking with two male subjects outside of the home. The victim retreated back to the house and one of the male subjects (suspect) shot three rounds at the house.
Officers located three bullet holes on the exterior of the home which had penetrated the walls and landed in the living room. Four children and four other adults were inside the home at the time the shots were fired. There was no reported injuries and the amount of property damage is unknown at this time. The suspect is described as a black male with long dreadlocks. The suspect had fled the scene prior to officers' arrival. There is no further information available at this time and the investigation is on-going.
