             Columbia Police Investigating Report Of Forcible Rape


On 04-05-14, at 1:57 P.M., an officer was dispatched to the University
Hospital in reference to a rape investigation. The 21 year old female
victim reported she had left a bar on East Broadway near Hitt Street at
approximately 1:45 A.M. and walked alone to her car which was parked in
the Tenth and Cherry Parking Garage. The victim reported she was forced
into her car and sexually assaulted by a male suspect once she reached
her car. The victim reported she was able to get a way after a few minutes
and the suspect left in an unknown direction.


The victim described the suspect as a white male, approximately 5'10", 170
lbs, short dark blonde or brown hair, thick eyebrows, wearing jeans, and a
long sleeve button up shirt.
