Sanitary Sewer Work will create lane restrictions in several areas this week

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

The City of Columbia Public Works Department announced today that beginning Tuesday, September 24th, at 7:00 p.m., Insituform Technologies Inc., contractor for City of Columbia Public Works Dept. will begin lining sanitary sewer lines at the following locations:

College Ave. & Rogers St. - Sept. 24th 7:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m.

S. Williams St. & Bass Ave. - Sept. 24th 8:00 p.m. to Sept. 25th 6:00 a.m.

Alley A, Hitt St. to S. 9th St.- Sept. 25th 10:00 p.m. to Sept. 26th 6:00 a.m.

Alley between E. Walnut St. & E. Broadway/ N. 5th St. & N. 6th St. - Sept. 25th 10:00 p.m. to Sept. 26th 6:00 a.m.

This work will result in lane restrictions at the locations listed.  Motorists and pedestrians are urged to exercise extreme caution when in the construction area and use an alternate route whenever possible.
