Saturation Effort Results

 Saturation Effort Results

The Columbia Police Department with the assistance of the Boone County Sheriff Department, Missouri State Highway Patrol, the University of Missouri Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the United States Marshall Service, took part in a saturation effort on Thursday, 09-12-13, and Friday, 09-13-13. 

During this saturation effort, officers from these agencies conducted 150 traffic stops and 29 check subjects in the City of Columbia and Boone County.  These proactive efforts resulted in 35 arrests.   14 of these arrests were for felony charges. 

The persons arrested for felony charges were:

 Emanuel Burks, 22, FTA Warrant on Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Assault, no bond. Charles R. Cooper, 31, Federal Hold Warrant, no bond.Latraviara Doxley, 18, Felony Possession of Controlled Substance, $4,500 bond.Ashley Gay, 30, Warrants for Hindering Prosecution and Tampering with Evidence, $7,500 bond. Brandy Hayes, 24, Warrant for 1st Degree Assault, $10,000 bond.Antwine Jackson, 21, Warrant for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault, $15,000 bond.Robert Jennings, 38, Felony Possession of Controlled Substance and Felony resisting arrest, $9,000 bond.Danelle Jordan, 34, Warrant for 2nd Degree Domestic Assault, $7,500 bond.Latasha Payne, 33, for 3 felony warrants (Probation and Parole Violation, FTA, and Failure to follow judges orders).  Justin Pembleton, 33, Warrant for Probation Violation, FTA, and Resisting Arrest, no bond. Lawrence Rice, 36, Felony Federal Warrant, no bond.  Chavas Warren, 24, Warrants for Probation Violation and D.U.S., no bond. Phillip Warren, 31, Warrants for 1st Degree Endangering a Child, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon, $50,000 bond.  Crystal Winn, 30, Felony Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.
