Three Arrested For Home Invasion Robbery

THREE ARRESTED FOR HOME INVASION ROBBERY

On 7/31/13 at 10:21, two suspects, identified as Charles Everett Hayes and Cody McEachern were detained during the traffic stop.  Hayes, 23, was arrested for armed criminal action with a to be set bond, burglary in the first degree with a to be set bond, robbery in the first degree with a to be set bond, unlawful use of a weapon felony with a bond of $4,500.00 and operating a motor vehicle on highway while license revoked or suspended with a bond of $500.00.

Cody McEachern, 21, was arrested for armed criminal action with a to be set bond, burglary in the first degree with a to be set bond, robbery in the first degree with a to be set bond, and unlawful use of a weapon felony with a bond of $4,500.00.

The third suspect, Pedro Ciarlini, 18, was arrested near the 4300 block of Santa Anna Drive at 5:33 P.M. on 7/31/13.  Prior to Ciarlini's arrest he took off running and threw a phone which belonged to the victim in the home invasion robbery. Ciarlini was arrested for armed criminal action with a to be set bond, burglary in the first degree with a to be set bond, robbery in the first degree with a to be set bond, and unlawful use of a weapon felony with a to be set bond.
