Officers Detain Two in Home Invasion Robbery

OFFICERS DETAIN TWO IN HOME INVASION ROBBERY

On 07-31-13, an officer on patrol in the 5100 Block of Clark Lane was flagged down by a 24 year old male who advised he was just the victim of a home invasion robbery at the adjacent Greens Apartment Complex.  The victim stated the suspects broke into his apartment, were armed, and demanded money and took other property also.  With the victim's description, the officer was able to locate the suspect vehicle and stop it in the 1500 Block of N. Pin Oak Blvd.  The officer was able to detain two subjects, a 21 and 23 year old male, who were taken to CPD for investigation.  A third subject ran from the traffic stop.  Responding back up officers were unable to locate the subject who ran. 

There were no injuries reported by the victim.
