UPDATE --- COLUMBIA POLICE SEEK SECOND SUSPECT IN SHOOTING AT TEXAS AVENUE AND GARTH AVENUE
The Columbia Police Department has identified one of the other suspects in the shooting as Moises Rodrigo Guillen, 22. The Columbia Police Department is searching for Guillen to arrest him for Armed Criminal Action (to be set bond), Unlawful Use of a Weapon ($4,500.00 bond), and First Degree Assault (to be set bond).
Guillen is an hispanic male, 22 years old, 5'11", 175 pounds. He has numerous tattoos. The most visible are a "C" in front of his left ear and a cross on the back of his right hand. Guillen should be considered armed and dangerous. A photo of him, less than a year old, is attached.
The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released once it is available.
