WasteZero, the company which provides the vouchers for refuse and recyling bags, has advised that some residents may not have received vouchers last week. WasteZero expects everyone to have received vouchers by April 29. If you have not received them by the 29th, please call WasteZero at 1-800-866-3954.
Retail outlets in Columbia have been asked to ignore the expiration date on previously issued vouchers so if you have an older voucher, have not received your voucher and need bags, you may take your older voucher to redeem.
Thanks for your patience while WasteZero works with the USPS in implementing a tracking system for the voucher mailings.
