Columbia Transit and Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services are currently surveying residents on their use, desired changes and funding preferences for Columbia's public transit system. All Columbians are invited to complete the survey, from residents who use public transit daily to residents who never intend to use public transit. The survey period runs through April 15.
Columbia Transit hopes to gather useful information about their riders' needs as well as what improvements are desired should additional funding come available. Survey responses will be used by Public Health and Human Services in their current Health Impact Assessment regarding public transit usage and funding.
Survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for a $50 gift certificate or a 30-day bus pass. Those who wish to take the short survey can do so online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2013CoMoBusSurvey.
