Crews have completed 1st and 2nd priority routes and most are reported as wet. Crews will check these routes overnight to monitor blowing and drifting snow.
Crews are working in residential areas and will do so overnight. We expect to have the majority of residential streets plowed by 6:00 am on Monday, March 25.
We are using resources from Public Works, Water & Light, and Parks & Recreation to complete residential roads as quickly as possible.
Residents can assist us by moving vehicles off of roadways.
We appreciate the partnership today when people stayed off of roadways this morning and allowed crews to make good progress even as they fought past heavy snow fall rates and blowing snow.
We continue to utilize our Facebook page and Twitter account to provide updates and encourage our customers to monitor Public Works activities on one or both of those social media sites.
