All meters will be diagnosed by a City- certified Meter Technician before any decision is rendered as to the validity of a parking ticket.  Any decision rendered will be returned within five business days at the email address provided herein by the applicant.

If the meter is verified by City Parking staff to be malfunctioning, you will receive notification that your citation has  been dismissed. If the meter cannot be verified by City Parking staff to be malfunctioning, your citation will be forwarded onto Municipal Court staff for processing as a parking ticket protest.  Upon review, a decision by the City Prosecutor will be rendered and you will be notified of such decision.
