Clinical Service Fees

    The Columbia/ Boone County Department of Public Health and Human Services provides many free services to the general public. We charge nominal fees for certain other services. All patients will be asked to pay according to the following schedule*:


    Fees for vaccines are dependent upon insurance coverages and will be processed through a program called VaxCare.

    Special vaccine programs:

    Other Tests and Exams

    TB testing – PPD Tuberculin skin test
    $20 – no charge for follow-up on an active case
    HIV testing
    STD testing and treatment for Boone County Residents
    STD testing and treatment for persons who live outside Boone County
    Hepatitis C test
    Herpes type1 and 2 blood tests
    Pregnancy test $10 (any age)
    Lead testing

    Disease Immunity Testing (Titers)

    There is a $15 blood draw fee per visit.

    MMR Panel (includes rubeola, mumps, rubella)
    Individual Lab Tests
    Varicella (Chickenpox)
    Rubeola (Measles)
    Hepatitis B – AntiHBs Quant

    *Fees effective September 1, 2013 and may vary with income, age and insurance status. Fees subject to change.
