|Funding Fiscal Year:||2014|
|Funding Source:||Park Sales Tax|
Project Description: Due to school expansion, Hickman is relocating and expanding to a new six court tennis complex. The cost of the new complex is estimated at just under $500,000. The School District will manage the project. Parks and Recreation will provide funding assistance for the project in return for the courts being made available to the public during non-school hours. The pedestrian gate on the north side of the tennis courts will remain open to the public at all times. These are the only public tennis courts available to the First Ward residents.
