Description: Replace shelter, install new sidewalks, storm water drainage improvements, renovate playground, renovate concrete picnic tables and seats, and replace exercise equipment.

Project Notes: CDBG funding was approved and budgeted for this project at the August 2, 2010 Council Meeting. Ordinance to appropriate funding for the project was approved at the December 20, 2010 Council Meeting. Council approved project on July 5, 2011. The City also executed a new new land use agreement with Columbia Public Schools on June 11, 2011.
Three pieces of fitness equipment were purchased on this project, and eight pieces of equipment for Again St. Park were purchased from the Fitness Station Replacement Project.

Park staff constructed new bench seats to replace broken seats for two concrete table sets and stained seats and table tops for all three concrete table sets.
