The property consists of 1 acre and is currently zoned R-S in the county (Residential Single-Family), and the applicant is seeking R-1 (One-Family Residential) zoning within the City, upon annexation. - Case # 17-216 A request by Central Counties Surveying (agent) on behalf of Wabash Arms of Columbia, LLC (owners), seeking approval of a 2-lot final plat of their property located at the northwest corner of 9th and Walnut. The property consists of 0.52 acres and is zoned M-DT (Mixed-Use Downtown). The two lots are currently known as Lots 281 & 282 of the Original Town, now City of Columbia.
