Case # 29-2019 A request by the City of Columbia (owner) seeking establishment of permanent A (Agriculture District) zoning, subject to annexation, upon approximately 486.24 acres of city-owned property currently improved with the City's Water Treatment facilities. The 486.24 acre site is comprised of multiple tracts and is addressed as 6851 West Route K. The parcel is currently split-zoned A-1 and A-2 (Boone County Agriculture).
