  3. Case # 18-173 A request by Lueck Surveying (agent) on behalf of Melissa M. Williams (owner), seeking to rezone her property at 1804 Heriford Road. The property is currently zoned R-1 (One-Family Residential) and the applicant is seeking to rezone the property to M-OF (Mixed-Use Office). The owner wishes to establish compliant zoning for marriage and family counseling services. The existing home is to remain and serve as the proposed office.   4. Case # 18-175 A request by Simon & Struemph Engineering (agent) on behalf of MBS Realty Partners, LP (owners), seeking a major amendment to the existing, " MBS OP Plan." The property is located at 2700 West Ash. The purpose of this major amendment is to revise the proposed building footprint to increase the gross floor area by 10,000 sq ft, and increase parking to meet code requirements.
