(owner) to annexation and permanently zoning property located at the northwest corner of Scott Boulevard and Brushwood Lake Road. The property is 10.36 acres in size, and is vacant. The current zoning on the property is A-R (Boone County Agriculture Residential District) and the requested zoning in the City is M-N (Mixed-Use Neighborhood District).
