  3. Case # 17-212 A request by Jones, Schneider & Stevens, LLC (agent) on behalf of George R. Lewis (owners), seeking annexation of his property at 1001 W. Old Plank Road. The property consists of 1 acre and is currently zoned R-S in the county (Residential Single-Family), and the applicant is seeking R-1 (One-Family Residential) zoning within the City, upon annexation. Case # 17-216 A request by Central Counties Surveying (agent) on behalf of Wabash Arms of Columbia, LLC (owners), seeking approval of a 2-lot final plat of their property located at the northwest corner of 9th and Walnut. The property consists of 0.52 acres and is zoned M-DT (Mixed-Use Downtown). The two lots are currently known as Lots 281 & 282 of the Original Town, now City of Columbia. The purpose of the replat is to allow separate ownership of two separate portions of the existing structure. (Ward 1) Case Manager - Rusty Palmer (874-7394)
