A request by Engineering Surveys and Services (agent), on behalf of TKG St. Peters Shopping Center, LLC (owner), for approval of a 1-lot minor subdivision to be known as "University Centre Subdivision" and a design adjustment regarding the required right-of-way dedication for Providence Road. Associated with this case is a request to vacate all easements encumbering the site (Case # 17-200) which will be processed separately. New easements will be provided for existing water and sewer lines . The subject 3.26 acre parcel is located on the west side of Providence Road, between Locust Street and Elm Street, is undeveloped, and is within the is M-DT (Mixed-Use Downtown) zoning district.
