The Community Land Trust Organization will be a not-for-profit corporation that was organized to preserve the long-term affordability of housing units created through public subsidies. The board currently consists of six members that are appointed by the City Council, but this will change to nine members once there are occupants of the community land trust homes. Membership currently includes three neighborhood representatives residing within the current CDBG eligible area on file in the Community Development Department and three community and business leaders.
