(COLUMBIA, MO) - Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services (PHHS) will have a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. hosted at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 1707 Smiley Lane, Saturday, July 23.
Members of the public are welcome to attend. No appointments are needed.
Residents can receive any dose in a series, including boosters, at the clinic. To check booster eligibility, visit cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html or call 800.232.0233.
Vaccines are free and do not require ID or health insurance. Anyone aged 6 months and older is eligible for Pfizer. Anyone aged 18 and older is eligible for Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson. While there are Moderna vaccines available for individuals ages 6 months to 17 years, PHHS is currently only administering Pfizer vaccines to this age group.
Parental consent forms are required for anyone under the age of 18.
