Columbia Police officers arrested Frank D. Benedetti, 29, of Columbia Saturday night after first responders located two victims with stab wounds in the 3700 block of Pimlico Drive.
The investigation revealed Benedetti and the two male victims were engaged in a physical altercation. During the altercation, Benedetti used a cutting instrument to cause serious lacerations to the victims. One victim, 24, sustained lacerations to his arm and lower back and the second victim, 24, sustained a laceration to his abdomen. Both victims were transported by Emergency Medical Services to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.
Benedetti was arrested on 11/4/17 at 9:03 p.m. in the 3700 block of Pimlico Drive for two (2) counts of Felony First Degree Assault with bonds to be set by the Court.
