Go COMO route changes for Mizzou homecoming, plus game day route guides for Oct. 21

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

As Columbia welcomes visitors for the homecoming events at the University of Missouri on Saturday, Oct. 21, Go COMO staff would like transit users to be aware of temporary changes to the bus service.

Due to homecoming activities (parade and early start for the Mizzou football game), regular bus routes will have a delayed start. Also, due to football traffic and pedestrian traffic, the Red Route will not travel on Hospital Drive between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The Saturday start time and location where each route begins is as follows:


Oct. 21 Downtown Fixed Route Schedule (in addition to Game Day Football shuttles)

11:10 - Black A - Student Center

10:50 - Black B - Student Center

10:55 - Gold A - Breaktime, Trimble Road

11:05 - Gold B - Walmart, Park-de-Ville

11:05 - Brown - Whitegate Drive & Sylvan Lane

11:45 - Orange - Whitegate Drive & Sylvan Lane

11:40 - Blue - Breaktime, Trimble Road

11:05 - Pink - Breaktime, Trimble Road

10:50 - Light Green - Colony Drive

11:30 - Purple - Colony Drive

11:00 - Red* - Hinkson Avenue & William Street

*The Red Route will not travel on Hospital Drive between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.


Game Day Football Shuttles

As it does each game day, Go COMO will be providing additional routes to and from the football game. Routes are $1.50 each way from downtown locations and a number of Columbia hotels. Game day route guides and more information are available at visit GoCOMOTransit.com/services/football-routes.


Go COMO App

In addition to the downloadable route guides, a Go COMO app is available for download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
