Lane shift scheduled on West Broadway, Sept. 11-17

Beginning Monday, Sept. 11 at 7 a.m., Professional Contractors & Engineers plans to  begin installing a new drive approach and remove an existing one in conjunction with a new parking lot construction project at 1817 W. Broadway. This will result in a lane shift on Broadway. This lane shift would close the westbound lane and shift it to the center turn lane during daylight hours. There will also be two sidewalk closures on the north side of Broadway during the work. The work associated with this lane shift is scheduled to be completed by Sunday, Sept. 17.

Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians are urged to use extreme caution in the work zone and use an alternate route if possible.
