On 7/21/17 at 4:14 a.m., officers were dispatched to 3402 I-70 Drive Southeast, Motel 6 East, for a report of shots heard.
The preliminary investigation revealed a male victim reported two male suspects pushed him into a room, assaulted him, and demanded his property. The investigation revealed that one of the suspects shot a firearm in the direction of the victim but the victim was not struck and no property was found to have been damaged. The victim did have minor injuries from the assault. There have been no arrests made and the investigation is ongoing.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTIONS:
- Black male, in his mid-20's, approximately 6'00" and weighing approximately 170 pounds.
- Black male in his mid-20's, approximately 5'09" and weighing approximately 185 pounds.
