Family Fun Fests will continue on June 21 with the theme, Explore Outdoors. The free event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Cosmo Park, 1615 Business Loop 70 West.
Columbia Parks and Recreation's Fun Fests feature a new theme each month and offer free entertainment for the entire family such as music, special performances, art activities, bounce-houses, hands-on activities, balloon-animals, face painting and fun for all ages.
This month's theme will focus on outdoors-related activities. Kids will also have the chance to see a City firetruck and Daniel Boone Regional Library's Bookmobile.
Food trucks at the park will be the Big Cheeze, Kona Ice, Eats and Treats, Manzo's Pizza, Smoothie King and Streetdogs Hot Dog Cart.
Family Fun Fests are sponsored by Tigers Community Credit Union, ParentLink, Columbia Convention and Visitors Bureau, KPLA 101.5 and KOMU 8.
