Robbery at Extended Stay America Motel

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

                                                                         

On 3/25/17 at 8:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to a robbery at 2000 W. Business Loop 70, Extended Stay America Motel.

 
The investigation revealed a black male entered the business and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect took off running from the business with an undisclosed amount of money heading northbound through Cosmo Park. A K9 was used for a track through Cosmo Park but the suspect was not located. There was no one injured during the robbery and the investigation is ongoing.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:

 Black male, approximately 5'7" and weighing approximately 160 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing dark colored clothing.
