The City of Columbia Utilities Department announced Feb. 20 that beginning Monday, March 6, at 7 a.m., Rhad A. Baker Construction plans to begin construction on the Rollins Road Culvert Replacement Project, weather permitting. This will result in a street closure on Rollins Road between Colgate and Cornell. The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed in 30 calendar days, subject to weather.
Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in and around the work area and use an alternate route.
