Incident Details:
Officers arrived on scene and observed a passenger car upside down in the ditch north of I-70 W. The other passenger car involved in the collision was facing eastbound on Business Loop 70 East.
The passenger car that was located in the ditch was occupied by Sebastian Sneed, who was pronounced dead at the scene as a result of the collision. The six year old male was able to crawl out of the vehicle and was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver of the other passenger car, Joshua Keller, was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Once Keller was released by the hospital, he was arrested for the following: Murder in the Second Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, C&I Driving, Driving while Suspended/Revoked and for a Misdemeanor Warrant for Driving While Suspended/Revoked. Keller was released to the Boone County Jail.
