Public Works Street Division reports that, due to off and on snow showers and bitterly cold temperatures and wind chills, crews began to refocus on first and second priorities around 10 p.m. last night. Crews continued to work on first and second priorities for the remainder of the night. Because temperatures are still forecast to be bitterly cold on Sunday (high around 10), an eight-person crew is reporting at 7 a.m. Crews will start out working on first and second priorities.
Public Works continues to encourage residents to stay home if possible.
