[Schedule Change] Lane closure on Pinewood Drive scheduled for Dec. 9

(COLUMBIA, MO) -

Beginning Friday, Dec. 9, at 7 a.m., private contractor S.P.E Inc. plans to remove and replace a sewer lateral on Pinewood Drive, weather permitting. This will result in a lane closure on Pinewood Drive off of W. Ash Street near 203 Pinewood Drive.  The work associated with the closure is scheduled to be completed by Friday, Dec. 9, at 5 p.m., weather permitting.

Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians should use caution in and around the work area.

S.P.E Inc. is a private contractor with a work permit approved by the City of Columbia.

Correction Details: The previous release gave the closure date as "Thursday, Dec. 10" but it should have stated "Thursday, Dec. 8".

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Update Details: Because of the weather forecast, the contractor has moved the closure date to "Friday, Dec. 9."
