The Public Works Department announced on Monday that Cook Concrete is doing work for CenturyLink on Cherry Street through Aug. 30. Lane shifts are expected in the 400 block of Cherry Street.
Cook Concrete plans to maintain two lanes of traffic, but the location may shift as work progresses across the street. Work is expected to be finished by 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30.
Motorists, nonmotorized transportation users and pedestrians are urged to use caution in the work zone and find alternative routes.
